The VELORE Promise: 30-Day Returns

We believe that true luxury is peace of mind. If your VELORE piece does not perfectly align with your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags, and secured in its original VELORE packaging.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our concierge team at support@purevelore.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@purevelore.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, final-sale promotions, or gift cards. Custom or personalized jewelry pieces are also final sale.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
