How to Measure at Home
You don't need any special tools. Here are two simple methods:
Method 1: Paper Strip
- Cut a thin strip of paper (about 10mm wide).
- Wrap it snugly around the base of your finger.
- Mark where the paper overlaps.
- Measure the length in millimeters.
- Use the chart below to find your size.
Method 2: Existing Ring
- Take a ring that fits the intended finger well.
- Measure the inside diameter in millimeters.

Tips for Accurate Sizing
- Measure at room temperature — fingers swell in heat.
- Measure at the end of the day when fingers are largest.
- If between sizes, order the larger size.
- Wider bands (6mm+) may require going up half a size.
